September 2018 — Mixed Herbs from Mette
2 simply tangy things to do with your herbs:
Herb salt:
A cup of your favourite mixed herbs, chopped finely. Mix with a cup of salt and keep in a lidded jar to use in your cooking.
Herb Soft Herb cheese:
For soft cheese, drain a tub of Creme Fraiche in a coffee filter, when it is soft and spreadable mix it with herbs, crunched garlic, salt and pepper and your cheese is ready.
