Chris's Broccoli, Stilton and Pistachio Soup |
Thanks to an east side plot holder for this hearty soup recipe.
Ingredients:
Method: Cook onions and turnip in some oil and a wee bit butter. Put Broccoli in, give it a wee mix for 5 mins, then add stock. Cook this off and once the broccoli is cooked blitz in the blender… Pour back in the pan add pistachios and cheese.. Once cheese is melted – EAT IT |
